In development · Accounts are not available today

The idea in practice.

Tervra is developing a business account for UK B2B businesses using their own funds, with payment understanding and supporting evidence alongside it. Accounts, cards and payments are not available today.

A customer payment may cover several placements or periods, with references that differ from your invoice numbers. Payroll commitments can fall due before those receipts arrive.

The context worth keeping

The proposed view links customer expectations with invoices, agreed terms and remittance evidence. Where a receipt has several plausible matches, the question stays open for review.

One receipt covers more than one placement.

A fictional recruitment business receives £9,000 with a remittance naming two invoices. One relates to a placement and the other to a different billing period. Compare the records and any agreed credit before deciding what the payment covers. A customer’s payment advice does not itself confirm the cash has arrived.

The questions worth exploring.

Which placement, timesheet or agreement supports the expectation? How does the team track a receipt while other commitments are approaching?

The account is being designed around these workflows. Early access is discovery, not confirmation that a business is eligible or that a particular service will be available.

Keep the boundaries clear

Expected customer receipts are not cash available to spend. Keep timing assumptions visible alongside confirmed balances and upcoming commitments. Tervra does not currently offer a funding or payroll service.
