Partnerships
Infrastructure beneath the experience.
A considered customer experience needs clear responsibilities underneath it.

Building the account and the context around it.
Tervra is developing a business account for UK B2B businesses using their own funds. We’re bringing together payments, cards, invoices and supporting records to help businesses understand their money and the decisions around it.
We’re interested in conversations with organisations whose infrastructure or expertise could support that experience. Provider arrangements remain under development; no live programme approval is claimed.
Where a conversation could be useful.
- Account and payment infrastructure with clear capability, permission and status information.
- Card issuing and lifecycle services covering virtual and physical cards, controls and replacement.
- Business software and document workflows that can keep useful context connected to the underlying record.
- Specialist operational, accessibility or security expertise relevant to a developing financial product.
These are areas of interest, not announcements of contracted services or current partners.
Define the boundary before the promise.
A partnership needs a shared understanding of who supplies each service, who makes regulated decisions, which information can be used and how a customer is supported when something does not go to plan.
We want capability and status information to support accurate customer wording. A request should not be described as complete because it was received, and a product should not advertise a protection or service that has not been confirmed.
Start with the problem you can help solve.
A useful introduction explains your organisation, the relevant service, its intended customers and the part of the Tervra experience it could support. An initial enquiry should not include credentials, sensitive customer records or confidential integration material.
Use the partnership enquiry below to introduce your organisation and the conversation you would like to have.
