Tervra / In development
Terms of website use.
The purpose of this website, the information on it and the limits of the product we are building.
Who provides this website.
This website is provided by Tervra Limited, company number 17410031, registered office 108 Fonthill Road, London N4 3HT. You can contact us at hello@tervra.co.uk. For questions about personal information, write to privacy@tervra.co.uk.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tervra Limited. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
A product in development.
Tervra is developing a business account for UK businesses that manage their own funds and sell to other businesses. This website explains the intended product. It does not open accounts, issue cards or make payments.
Features, provider arrangements, fees, eligibility, service limits and product terms are still being developed. Our development status page gives the current position.
Tervra Limited is not a bank, is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, is not an electronic money or payment institution and does not hold customer money. Using this website does not create a banking relationship, and these terms are not a contract for any financial service.
Examples and information.
The illustrations, company names and payment figures in the worked example are fictional. They show an approach to understanding money. They are not customer results, a service offer or evidence that a payment has settled.
The content of this website is general information. It is not financial, tax or legal advice for your circumstances. Decisions about your business should be based on your own records and appropriate professional advice.
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to apply for a financial product, or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity. Descriptions of intended features state our current intention. They are not a commitment that a feature will be built, or that it will work in a particular way or by a particular date.
Using the website responsibly.
Please use the forms only for genuine enquiries, and do not use them to send log-in details, card details or identity documents. You must not:
- use this website unlawfully, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- submit another person’s personal information through our forms without their authority;
- submit misleading information, or confidential information that belongs to someone else;
- use our forms to send automated, bulk or abusive material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any connected system, or interfere with any security feature;

You may link to our public pages in a way that accurately identifies Tervra and does not suggest an endorsement or partnership. You must not display this website within a frame on another site.
Our content.
We own, or are licensed to use, the intellectual property in this website and its material, including its text, design, graphics, illustrations, interface designs and the Tervra name and marks. All such rights are reserved.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business purposes, and share links to them. You must not remove any copyright or other notice, or use an illustration or design separately from the text it accompanies. Any other use needs our written permission.
Enquiries, early access and other websites.
The confirmation shown after you send a form means that we have received it. It does not create an account, an agreement to provide financial services or a guaranteed invitation. Our early access information explains what registering means.
Links to other organisations are provided for context. Their content and services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and accuracy.
We take care over what we publish, but we do not guarantee that the website or its content is accurate, complete or up to date, or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it as the product develops.
We do not guarantee that the website is free from errors or viruses. Please use your own virus protection.
Our liability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and because this website is provided free of charge and for information:
- we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations;
- we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if foreseeable;
- we are not liable for loss or damage caused by a virus or other harmful material that reaches your equipment through your use of the website.
Any service we provide in future will have its own terms.
Your information and questions.
Our privacy notice explains how we use information you send us, and our cookies and storage page explains how the website uses your browser. If a page is unclear or difficult to use, please tell us.
General.
We may change these terms by updating this page. The date below shows when they last changed.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. If we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce them.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
