What early access means.

A conversation about what your business needs from its account. There is no account application or commitment to buy.

Customer discovery comes first.

Early access introduces your business to Tervra while we develop the product. We may use your answers to understand how businesses work and to invite some to discovery conversations. We cannot promise an invitation, a launch date or future access.

This information is provided by Tervra Limited, company number 17410031. Read it with our website terms, our privacy notice and our development status.

Your registration and optional answers.

Registering asks for your name, work email address and business name. The follow-up questions about your sector, current provider and how you manage money are optional. A broad description is enough.

Follow-up answers are sent separately. If sending them fails, a registration we have already confirmed receiving is not affected.

Your registration is confirmed on screen once we have received it. Automatic confirmation emails are not currently available.

Please give accurate information. Do not send bank log-in details, account numbers, card details, identity documents, financial statements or other confidential records. We do not ask for them and do not want them.

No account, payment or reserved place.

Registering does not open an account, start identity checks, reserve a place or establish eligibility. Accounts, cards and payments are not available today, and any future offer will have its own terms and checks. In particular, registering:

  • does not create a bank account, payment account or e-money account;
  • does not create a banking relationship, and places no money with us;
  • does not guarantee an invitation, at any particular time or at all;
  • does not commit us to a launch date, or to building any feature in the way described on this website;
  • does not entitle you to any particular price or terms in future.

Registering does not create an agreement to provide you with an account or financial service. How we look after the information you give us is set out in our privacy notice.

Who early access is for.

Early access is intended for UK businesses. Register only if you act for a business and are authorised to do so. We may decline any registration.

We decide who to speak to by how closely Tervra fits the way a business works, not by when it registered, so registering earlier does not move you forward. If you are later invited to use Tervra, a separate written agreement will cover it.

Contact about your registration.

We may contact you about your registration or about customer discovery. Registering does not sign you up to marketing emails. For questions, reply to any email from us or write to hello@tervra.co.uk.

To stop further contact or withdraw your registration, reply to any email from us or write to privacy@tervra.co.uk. You do not need to give a reason. We will stop contacting you and delete your registration and answers. We retain a hashed version of your email address to recognise it and prevent further contact. Our audit log keeps a record that your registration was received, as our privacy notice explains.

Other terms.

Anything we show or tell you about Tervra before launch remains ours. If we share something with you and ask you to keep it confidential, please do.

We may change this page. If we change it materially while your registration is active, we will tell you.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from not being invited, or from any delay in or change to what we build. This does not affect our obligations under data protection law.

Tervra Limited is not a bank, is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not hold customer money. This page is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
