The idea in practice.
Tervra is developing a business account for UK B2B businesses using their own funds, with payment understanding and supporting evidence alongside it. Accounts, cards and payments are not available today.
Management fees and operating expenses can span properties, jobs and service periods. A single receipt may cover several of your company’s own invoices.
The context worth keeping
Keep the service agreement, invoice period, remittance and received amount together. Record which parts are supported and which need an answer from the payer.
Several service periods appear on one receipt.
A fictional management company receives payment for two of its own service invoices. The remittance identifies the periods, but one amount differs. Review the agreement and adjustment history before recording the allocation. This example does not involve collecting rent for a landlord.
The questions worth exploring.
Can a reviewer connect each fee to the service period? Which evidence explains an adjustment, and which question still needs an answer?
The account is being designed around these workflows. Early access is discovery, not confirmation that a business is eligible or that a particular service will be available.
Keep the boundaries clear
The initial scope covers your company’s own funds only. Client funds, tenant deposits and payments to landlords are outside it; this page does not offer rent or client-money custody.
