For your business

Keep your agency’s own money in view.

Explore the Tervra business account in development for estate and letting agencies, with context for receipts and payment decisions. Own-business funds only.

In development · Accounts are not available today

The idea in practice.

Tervra is developing a business account for UK B2B businesses using their own funds, with payment understanding and supporting evidence alongside it. Accounts, cards and payments are not available today.

Your agency’s commission, service fees and office costs form the own-business workflow we want to understand. Money held for landlords or tenants is a separate question.

The context worth keeping

Connect your own fee invoices with the agreements, statements and incoming payments that support them. Ask which fee a payment covers without treating client funds as the agency’s available money.

Your fee needs its own explanation.

A fictional agency receives payment for its own fee invoice. Compare the receipt with the agreed fee and any supported adjustment. Keep money belonging to landlords or tenants outside that own-business comparison; a familiar payer does not change the ownership of the funds.

The questions worth exploring.

Where is the fee agreement kept? What identifies the service the receipt covers? How are your own funds distinguished from client money?

The account is being designed around these workflows. Early access is discovery, not confirmation that a business is eligible or that a particular service will be available.

Keep the boundaries clear

Client-money accounts, tenant deposits and landlord remittances are outside the initial scope. Tervra is not a solution for replacing a client account.
